Patio Door Installation
Last week we had a new patio door installed by Chris and Kyle. They did an outstanding job. It looks and functions nicely. They cleaned up any and all debris and we are very happy with their installation.
Excellent Crew of Installers
By way of an introduction, I need to emphasize that I normally do not write reviews. I felt compelled to do so in this case, however. I recently had 21(!) windows put in and Matt V, Joe L, and Tyrone T were at my house for four days. They were absolutely wonderful. I can't speak to the quality of the windows themselves just yet, but I am supremely confident that they were installed correctly. The crew was courteous and took the utmost care. My house is on the older side, which can present unique challenges when it comes to upgrading anything. They encountered a few issues and were prepared to deal with them. The crew did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND INSTALL
We just had our entire house windows and door replaced. It was a big job and during one of the hottest weeks this year! Mike N, Daveyll and Jeremy were here everyday on time and looking professional! I was so impressed with them as they informed me everyday what was happening and where they would be in and around my home. I was expecting to have to clean up behind them as you would assume. However, Davey was the "inside girl" and was immaculate in her approach to her job and attention to detail was incredible! NO additional cleaning was required!! Mike and Jeremy were constantly busy with every aspect of the job and there was zero downtime. They were a well oiled machine! As I said, it was a big job and ran a little longer. One day a second crew was assigned to help them finish on time. Let's just say the difference I noticed between crews was night and day! The second crew stayed busy and did a good job with what they were there to help with but.... We could not be more pleased with Comfort and the best crew they have. Great Experience with Comfort
Derek and Justin did a fabulous job with our recent kitchen window and dining area sliding door installation. They were very conscientious about keeping their work areas tidy and protecting countertops, backsplash tiles, and flooring. Both Derek and Justin were knowledgeable about the products they installed and readily answered any questions we had. Glad we chose to have the interior trim wood pre-primed, it made the Behr paint we used go on very smoothly. As returning customers we are very familiar with the high quality products that Comfort Windows offers and would highly recommend the company.
Outstanding Siding Job
Back in February/March 2022, through snow and cold, Chris and Tony installed gutters and top-to-bottom siding on our home in Clifton Park. Both Chris and Tony went above and beyond during the process, took care of our needs, and did an outstanding job. And when we called them to have a couple of things corrected, they came back and fixed them the same day. Since they completed the job, we’ve had neighbors comment on how much they like our new siding.

The crew that installed our windows Matt V, Joe L and Dave H. Did a wonderful job! Very friendly and kept us informed Everyday of what was going to happen that day. The crew went the extra mile to ensure that they cleaned up the work areas. One of the days was 96 degrees out and they made sure to set up our air conditioners back in the windows and have them turned in before they left! I would Highly recommend using comfort and this crew!
