Great Job Nikki & Crew On Our Bath Remodel!
Thank you for our wonderful new bathroom. We had the tub taken out and had a walk in shower with bench installed. We also had Nikki and crew install new drywall and moldings along with a new wood grained looking floor. They were courteous and friendly. They laid dropcloths everywhere. They didn’t mind us peaking in to see their progress. They were with us for a few days and were a pleasure. After they finished, my husband saw a minor adjustment was needed in the molding. We called Comfort. They were very receptive to our request and Nikki came back out and made the adjustment. My husband and I are delighted with our new bathroom. Thank you Nikki and crew. I also wanted to put a shout out to our salesman, Tom Porto. He was extremely patient with changes we requested and he is an honest sales representative. Thanks comfort! Shower Installation
We are really happy with the shower installation that comfort windows did this week. The bathroom looks great. The guys on truck 96, Josh, Matt, and Tony did a beautiful job. Courteous and professional. They arrived on time, did the work over a two day period, coordinating with us all the while. They removed all the old installation and fixturing and replaced it with updated materials. After the job they cleaned up with no trace of construction, being very respectful of our house.

Awesome New Patio Slider For Our Cellar
I was very happy with how our salesman (Kevin Finnerty) seemed to go the extra mile to give us the best quote. Having 3 different warranty options was greatly appreciated. The quote even allowed for a reduction of cost if a certain thing did not need to be done to install our door. Only negative thing was the initial lead time which was going to have the door installed in mid January. To our surprise, we got a call early October that they had the door and a crew to do the work just this week (October 25). The installation crew - Kyle S. & Chris D.) did a fantastic job. They took their time and everything looks very professionally done. The cellar and the outdoor patio was cleaned up perfectly. I thought it was nice that their site foreman (Jared) did stop by just to see how things were going.
Siding Install is Perfect!
The entire process, from sales and installation was very smooth and professional. Brian and his crew did an excellent job on our siding installation. They were absolutely professional and took great pride in their work. We made a couple of changes and they were very willing and able to make those changes. Our house looks spectacular and the neighbors love it as well. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the site once the work was done. Customer service was very helpful and prompt. We are very, very pleased and will be glad to use Comfort Windows on future jobs. We heartily recommend Comfort Windows and Doors.
