John, Sonny and Jared showed up today to put in 4 windows in my house. They were on time, polite, hard working and had the job done when they said they would. My second time with Comfort Windows and pleased with the service again. Will have them back to put 4 more in next year.

Great Craftmanship in Rochester!
I just had 10 new windows and a front door installed and wanted to say thank you to the whole team. Chris, the sales guy was great - he really spent time to help me think through the design, provide suggestions and figure out the best approach to my project. The install crew Duane, Sonny, Jared and John were amazing. I have an older house and the front windows needed to be fully re-done. The craftsmanship was A+++.... the finishing work that Duane did is absolutely gorgeous. They also went way above and beyond and not only moved my door bell so that it aligned with the door configuration - they also fixed it! (Wow - what an awesome surprise!) Overall, the whole crew was friendly, polite and most importantly did an outstanding job installing the windows and my new door. Thanks very much for a job well done. I'm so glad I chose Comfort!
Albany Siding Perfection!
Chris and his crew did a wonderful job siding my house in Waterford NY. The crew was very polite well mannered definitely care about the job they were doing. The crew went above and beyond. I definitely would recommend them to family friends.
Simply the Best
I can't say enough good things about Comfort Windows and their workers. I left reviews for a lot of their workers last September when they initially came and sided my whole house and all new windows. Now, I am leaving another review for the exceptional work done by Dan Albano and Shawn M. They were fantastic, excellent, and just super great workers. They did an exceptional job fixing some siding and I thought the world of them. Professional, exceptional, and wonderful job guys, thank you sooooo much for doing such an amazing job on our house. Excellent Bathroom Remodel
I would like to thank the two gentlemen, who worked on my bathroom, Nico and Joe . From start to finish, they were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They began the job on Monday every day they were prompt and worked diligently. The job was finished exactly on time that they told us at the beginning any future work I will be requesting these two gentlemen.
Superb Installation!
We had an entrance door and a window installed by Dave, Sonny and Joe. They were extremely hard working and professional. Everything looks great. They made sure everything was done correctly and were spotless with the clean up. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the work they did. Also the scheduler was able to bump up the date of installation when I explained we were having out of town guest and a family reunion at our house and would appreciate having the front door installed before everyone arrived. The door itself is everything I hoped for. It truly transforms the front of the house.

Warranty Is Honored After 30 Years!
My window's seal failed 30 years after installation. Comfort replaced it without charge. I don't think any other window company would have done that. Great work, Comfort!
