I recently had several companies out to my residence in cheektowaga to give me price quotes on replacing 8 windows and updating 2 bathrooms . Jason and Liam combined to provide the experience that I found the most professional and informative of the companies that were in my home. They know their products and did a great job of answering my questions and providing me with the information I needed to make a decision on how to resolve my project needs. On February 6th John and Les brought a big crew to our house. Working together and in inclement weather they installed 14 new windows. they did not rush and made sure everything was done professionally. would definitely recommend them !

Great work and pricing
We hired comfort for two separate projects over the last two years. We removed a side door and replaced it with a full double hung window that included interior, finishing work with drywall and mud/sanding. The second project was replaced five windows. Cameron Taylor was our sales person for both projects. He was pleasant to work with and we did not feel pressured going over our options and pricing. We had quotes from other businesses and their pricing is unmatched. The windows are great and Cameron is in our contact list on our phones LOL

Randy and Nolan showed up on time today 2/2/26. They were polite, friendly, efficient, answered any questions I had and cleaned everything up inside and out. Great experience
We live in Brighton and called Comfort for a new front door and sidelights. Our salesman Kevin was excellent. He took us through the different products and price points and even did a an AI rendering of the front of the house with the new door and we decided to add shutters as well. I could not not be happier with our decision.
