All work was completed just as described. The windows are a great product and the installers did a professional job. Additionally, the sales rep was informative and concise.

Everything from Tom Hauf coming to the house to Dave Craig checking several times to see if we had any additional questions was wonderful. Both Tom and Dave made sure we had their contact information in case we needed to get in touch with them. Tom was leaving for a trip and even called before he left to make sure everything was going as planned and left another contact person to call if we needed it while he was gone. The installation crew; Kenny and Mitch; were just great. They walked us thru everything when they arrived on the first day and went over and beyond the entire time they were here. Comfort Windows is very fortunate to have such a great staff from the beginning of the job to the end. We had acouple issues after the windows were installed; one window came without grids and two sashes were scratched. After I called, someone came to the house the next day to look at it and did what they had to do to fix the problem. Quality product, On time service and installation
Over the course of a year and a half we have had all of the windows in our home replaced by Comfort. We've got two small children, and there was no pressure to replace all of the windows at once. They accommodated our budget. Initial sales appointments with Chris were always based on my schedule, and he was always on time. The final measurement appointments were always on time as well. Each of the 3 times that we had windows installed, the crew was on time, knowledgeable, clean and courteous. The windows look beautiful, have cut down on noise from outside of the home, and are a major improvement over our old windows. We would definitely recommend Comfort to friends and family.

Well had Comfort Windows Albany install ten windows. They were timely did a good job installing them. The only problem that I had was that They said if we recommended them we would get a $50 off our bill. We did recommend them to our brother in law but we didn't get the $50 they promised. We even called them but they still haven't delivered.

We've used Comfort Windows twice and like their service. We initially had some trouble using the locks on the windows and also saw daylight through the corners of the screen but they came right out when we called them and made good on everything. We love the windows and have already recommended them to some of our friends.

They did a perfect job!
This was my first time using Comfort Windows Buffalo. I had them install a double front storm door and they did everything perfect. The door was very heavy and it took about a day to install. I appreciate how well they blended it with the trim. The technicians were very good workers. The tension is perfect. You can tell it is a very high quality product. I am very happy and will definitely use them again in the future.
