Great Sealed Windows!
Comfort Windows Syracuse put in new windows in my house recently. There has been no water leakage so they seem nice. They employees worked fast and seemed to know what they were doing. They seal well which is needed for the cold weather. If need be, I will hire Comfort Windows in Syracuse again. They are an easy going company!
Experienced Craftsmen
This was our first experience using Comfort Windows & Doors. We had a bifold door and casement window installed , both installations went very well. Want to thank Jamie and crew for being prompt, courteous and a thorough cleanup after work was completed.
Wonderful Windows & Service!
Comfort Windows Syracuse did a wonderful job installing several windows for me. Their staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I really liked that he was very nice, and I got to decide for myself what I wanted. He was just there to provide me with the information I needed. The installer was very efficient and did a good job.
Great job!!!
From start to finish everything was perfect. I will definitely call Comfort when I do my Bathroom and Patio Room
Best Home Improvement Company By Far
we had several projects done by Comfort: Roof, Siding, Basement Remodel and a Deck. All the jobs were completed in a timely fashion and anything I nitpicked they came right back out to take care of my concerns. I have worked with many home improvement companies but comfort is far and above the best.
No Pressure Excellent Experience
From the Sales presentation to Final install was absolutely excellent. The sales rep actually helped us into choosing our product and didnt force us into a product we didnt need. They helped us choose the best product for our budget. The install crew was great and they cleaned everything up. I am looking to do more work and they will be the only company I use.

Very satisfied
Everything went smooth from dealing with the salesman to the cleanup of the installation of my picture window. The installers were in time, courteous, and neat. Quality job.
Wonderful Experience in Irondequoit
We had Comfort install three new windows plus they built a beautiful three-season sunroom off our kitchen. Their service was wonderful from start to finish. The crews were all very professional, attentive, friendly, and considerate. No one came in the house without covering their shoes and they cleaned up the area each day before they left. Good communication in letting us know when things would get done. Kudos to the Comfort team especially Newt, Larry, Jim, Dylan and Mike. The quality of Comfort products is outstanding and guaranteed. We would definitely recommend to other customers. Overall... quality, sales, service, and installation a 5-star rating.
