Hard working!
We love our new Comfort Windows and the company that installed them. The crew did an awesome job with both the siding and the windows. They were animals! They didn't take any breaks or anything. We've already recommended them to many of our neighbors. They got a lot of work from us! Five stars for Comfort Windows Syracuse!
Great Customer Service, Great Work Crews!
Comfort Windows Syracuse has always done great work for me! This was not my first time using their services. I have had them install siding, roofing, windows, gutters, and insulation. I keep going back to them because their customer service is really good and their pricing is fair. The workers are always prompt, polite and professional. They are respectful of my home and courteous. When they come out to evaluate a problem they are able to quickly and efficiently assess the problem. They take the time to tell me what they find with their assessment and what options we have to fix it. They also take the time to answer any of the questions I have for them. I absolutely recommend Comfort Windows Syracuse!
Sunroom makeover & windows
Comfort Windows have worked at our home on three separate occasions. Each time the product and professionalism from start to finish was exceptional. The first two times, windows (16) were installed and shortly after that, we hired the company again to rebuild a sunroom. We chose Comfort Windows again because of their high quality products, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing. Special shout out to the folks who worked on this last project: Amy, Ken W., Steve Sowa, Matt, Jason Meyer, Ken Ash, Mike Ford and Cliff McCarty. We love the sunroom thank you so much! I would recommend Comfort Windows to anyone. They are a top notch contractor. Thanks Again! Susan L (S. Buffalo)
Best service ever
We recently purchased all new windows for our house through Comfort Windows (5/8/19). The service provided us for all new windows surpassed our expectations. We were thrilled with your service from beginning to end. Special thanks to our Salesman, Mike Rizzo and a special thanks goes out to the Technicians who installed the windows, Nate, Frank, Tyler and Jim. Their excellent work, skills, cleanup and professional workmanship was top notch. We are grateful for each of them for their hard work. We can not tell you how pleased we are with the finished job. We know we made the right decision selecting Comfort Windows and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchased new windows. Spot on Mike Rizzo, Nate, Frank, Tyler and Jim.
We really love how the work turned out.
We really like the work that Comfort Windows Syracuse did for us. They came out on time, got the job done and it's fantastic. They were very friendly, as well as efficient, everything turned out great. They did it all for a great price, their pricing is very good and because all of this we would use them again.
They did the job exactly as expected!
Comfort Windows Syracuse did exactly what we hired them to do. They showed up, installed the windows, took the debris away and were done. They replaced a few windows for us in our other house, so we knew who to call when we needed some replacement windows in this house. I have no complaints about their service, efficiency, or the quality of the job. Five stars for a job well done by Comfort Windows Syracuse.
Pleased With Their Services
The longevity of Comfort Windows Syracuse is the reason that I chose their services. They had a quick response to my needs and the service was very good.
It was a pleasure working with every person there.
Right from the beginning, I have found the salesperson for Comfort Windows Syracuse to be knowledgeable, and helpful. Their contractors come at the scheduled time, and the job is finished when they say that it will be done. I've been a customer of Comfort Windows Syracuse for over three years. The first year we had them install all new windows. Last year we had them install new doors. This year we had them install new siding. I've always felt comfortable with them as my contractors. Both the workmanship and the quality of the materials is very high. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Very satisfied, great work ethics and overall good job! I was very pleased
Comfort Windows Syracuse did work in my house as well as my daughter's. I had windows and storm doors installed. And my daughter had specialty doors put in. Both were storm and exterior doors. Everything turned out excellent. They did great work and even cleaned up after themselves! If I needed more work to be done, I would call Comfort Windows Syracuse because of their professional services by the installers and sales representatives. If someone were interested in their work, I would tell them they were there and done when they said they would be. They were very efficient and did a great job. Scheduling was easy. I called one day, and they were there the next day. They had friendly sales representatives and installers. They were both professional. They were also very respectful in my home. Both the interior and exterior was trimmed out. Everything turned out perfect. Yes, I would recommend Comfort Windows Syracuse to my family and friends, even my enemies.
Thorough, friendly, professional
Our 130 year old house has 10 windows on the 2nd fl. We just bought the house a year ago and it needed lots of work, including 2nd fl windows. We got two estimates and were most impressed with Comfort's product and price. Their sales person thoroughly explained the product and procedure. We could not afford all 10 windows at one time, so did 5 in the summer and 5 in the winter. They arrived as promised, were friendly and did a great job. Between the window jobs, we hired them to vinyl wrap the first fl windows, a job also well done. I highly recommend them.
