From start to finish, Comfort Windows rates #1 in my book, and that is why I called them when I downsized and retired to a ranch. They had previously replaced all windows in the split level home I sold. Rich proved to be a personable and patient sales rep as I made my selections for window style and door color. After placing the order, there was a slight delay with the manufacturer due to COVID, but once everything was delivered, the company moved fast and efficiently with the installation. Jeremy and Dave were awesome installers during the four days of work. They explained what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and in what order and why. Both young men were pleasant, polite, respectful and professional in their work. They were punctual in their arrival time and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The quality of both the window/door products AND the personnel was top notch and that is exactly why I chose CW for a second time. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for them and I can recommend them without hesitation. Fabulous job!!
Fantastic Bathroom Installers
Jerry and his team were FANTASTIC! Very professional, polite, and they even tried to befriend my dog (who wasn't having any of it ). They explained everything to me and even came up with a way to work around my unique plumping issues. Awesome job guy's, thank you so much.
Excellent Service
We have had every window in our home replaced by Comfort. On January 12, Jesse and Tyler came and installed our final window. They worked efficiently and the job was done right. They were courteous and respectful. We are 100% happy with their performance and the quality of the product!

Siding and window work... very professional!
Very professional organization. First contact was with Jon the sales rep. He worked with me to stay within my budget. At no time did he try to oversell or pressure me into something I did not want. Will in the service department kept me informed of the status of the job. Larry and his siding crew were excellent. They knew what they were doing AND they cleaned up everyday before they left . No trash was left strewn about. The job they did was excellent...I have no complaints. A coupe of days later, the window crew cams and installed the two windows. Again, a very professional job. I would not hesitate to call Comfort for future work.

Great service on the installations of our windows
we just had our windows installed Saturday and we were very pleased with the crews that installed our 9 windows in one day, Fred and the crews were efficient, fast, friendly and answers all our questions. I would recommend them for any job. And the we now have energy efficient, good looking windows. thanks, great job
Very Satisfied With Our Windows
We needed new windows on the front of the house. The old replacement windows were drafty and cold in the winter. We hired Comfort Windows to install a Bay Window in the living room and a Picture Window with two Double Hung Windows in the dining room and bedroom. Josh and his crew were very professional and courteous. They were organized and efficient and the work that they did is outstanding. Josh answered any questions or concerns I had during the install. The windows are energy efficient and quiet. They beautify the front of our house and increase curb appeal.
