We recently had all the windows in our home replaced by Comfort. We are pleased beyond measure! They are beautiful! Our entire process, from our sales rep Chris Norcross, to the amazing installers, was seamless. Professional, courteous and personable, our installers Dennis, Gavin, John C, Ned, Chris, Mike, Ty and Floyd, were enjoyed by us as well as our dog, Chewy, (who thought he was the project manager!) We are making a list of our next projects and will be making the call to Comfort Windows!

Well, my windows are installed and my deck is finished! The windows are tight and smooth, no more yanking the triple tracks into place. The deck is beautiful, complimenting my brick house, and looks sharp. I can't be more pleased with my Window crew and Amanda's deck crew. On time and the workmanship was excellent. Both crews were efficient, were well trained, and the quality of the finished product reflected their knowledge. They were patient, answered my questions, and addressed my concerns in a professional manner. I highly recommend Comfort Windows.
door installatoin
i wanted to complement comfort for hiring Scott and his crew. They corrected a door install we had done previously by another crew. My wife Ronna and I are more than pleased with the attentiveness and concern he had for our questions. i have had work done by Comfort in the past and am considering hiring them for some additional projects. Again Fritz and Co should be very proud they have a guy like Scott in their employ. This guy knows his stuff.
Jarred was the best! Great experiance
Jarred came out to fix a lock that had broken, while he was here I asked some questions about some other non COMFORT windows I have. He not only answered the questions but he aligned the crank so the window works properly. I don't often say this about service people, Jarred was the top of the line! Thanks Jarred and thank you comfort windows.
New window
Your team came and installed my new front window yesterday and did a 5 star job, maybe more. Polite, neat, professional and great workmanship. We not only love the new window but the inside trim work is outstanding. I apologize for not remembering but I think Jim was one of the guys. We will highly recommend the company to anyone with an appropriate home project.!
New Window Installation
Fred and his crew did a fantastic job! We were very impressed how well they worked together as a team. They also did a great job cleaning up each day. It was a 3 day job. I can notice the difference already with the quality of the windows, how much better they are than the old windows that we replaced. Wonderful team
I was truly impressed with the team work put forth by Jesse, Mike and Dylan when replacing our windows. They were diligent in making sure the windows were set squarely and securely. The finish work was very nice. Things were cleaned up and set to rights before they left. We love our new windows and would recommend Comfort W&D to anyone.

The ordering process and support staff were all great. Installation was efficient, quick and Jessie/Ty, the installers, did an excellent job. Introduced themselves and we hardly knew they were here. Beautiful job of clean up and clear operating instructions/demo.
